Making an Appointment

If you are planning to visit us on a weekend, we recommend booking 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. 
You will be required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. 
If you are redeeming a gift voucher, please have your voucher number ready.

Cancellation Policy

Out of consideration for all our guests, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  We will not be able to provide refunds or reschedule your appointment if less notice is given.
"No Show" appointments are charged at full price of treatments booked. 
Late cancellations or no show for gift voucher bookings will result in your voucher being redeemed in full.

Arrival Time 

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to relax and complete your consultation form.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment; it will lessen the effectiveness and importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all our clients, all treatments are completed as scheduled. 

Prices 

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Spa Sublime accepts cash and all major credit cards. 
All treatments and packages once paid are non-refundable, including Gift Vouchers. However all vouchers are fully transferable so if you are unable to use your voucher please feel free to give it to a friend.

Attire

You will not require any special clothing during your visit, just wear something comfortable.
If you are having a body treatment we will provide you with disposable underwear. 
For massage bookings please leave your own underwear on. 
During all treatments you will be draped with towels and not fully exposed at any time. 
Treatments are conducted free of jewellery so please leave any valuables at home.
For best results we recommend that men be clean shaven (no stubble) prior to any facial treatment

Age Restriction 

At Spa Sublime we strive to provide an atmosphere of peace and serenity. Children aged 10 and over are welcome at Spa Sublime if they are well behaved, considerate of other guests, and are accompanied by an adult at all times.

  
Special Health Considerations 

You will be asked to complete a confidential consultation form prior to your treatment. This form helps us to determine the best possible treatment for your individual needs. Some pre-existing conditions may prevent you from having a specific treatment or we may have to adjust your treatment to ensure your well-being. Please answer this form honestly and accurately.

 

In order to protect all our staff and other guests, if you have cold or flu symptoms you may be refused treatment. If you are contagious please be considerate of others and stay at home.

 

Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, varicose veins, are pregnant or have health conditions are advised to consult their doctor prior to seeking spa services. At time of booking, please inform us of your medical conditions including pregnancy, as some services may not be suitable.
